Quantifying the cost of climate change impacts on local government assets - An Addendum to the Final Report
As an Addendum to the Final Report by Balston et al., (2012), this Report provides contextual information for the original project and expands the financial model to provide local governments with the capacity to update road asset maintenance and replacement cost analyses to include climate change. The original project sought to develop a financial simulation model and supporting decision tools to provide a clear, comparative analysis of the financial impacts of climate change on three major asset classes of importance to Australian Local Government– sealed roads (hotmix), sealed roads (spray sealed) and unsealed roads.
