The Centre for Tropical Biodiversity and Climate Change
The objective of The Centre for Tropical Biodiversity and Climate Change is to build a world-leading, multi-disciplinary research centre to examine the impacts of global climate change on the natural environment with a view to developing appropriate mitigation and adaptation strategies. The Centre is part of the School of Marine and Tropical Biology, in the Faculty of Science and Engineering.
Centre Director Professor Stephen Williams is also the Convener of the NCCARF Terrestrial Biodiversity Network. Details on researchers, research projects, publications and collaborators associated with the Centre can be found here.
The ARC Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies
The ARC Centre of Excellence for Coral Reef Studies undertakes research on the science that underpins the sustainability and management of the world's coral reefs.
Researchers within the station include Dr John Ginger, Research Director, Mr Cam Leitch, Manager, Mr Peter Kim, Research Engineer and Mr David Henderson, Research Engineer.
